I had a good experience ordering some classic car parts here. The prices felt fair, especially compared to a few other places I checked, and everything arrived as ordered and fit the way it should. Shipping wasn’t super fast, so I’d just say plan ahead if you’re trying to finish a project by a certain weekend. But if you’re not in a huge rush, it’s worth considering for the value.

"Parts are decent , but not amazing"
I ordered a few parts from OPGI and honestly , the quality was kind of hit or miss . A couple of the pieces looked good and fit just fine , but one trim part felt cheaper than I expected . It was not terrible or anything , just not as solid as I was hoping for the price . I might order from them again , but I would probably check reviews on each part first ...

"Still like OPGI, but the shipping could be better"
I’ve ordered from OPGI before and I’ve always kind of stuck with them because they usually have the parts I need, so I expected this order to be smooth. The parts did arrive and everything was there, but the shipping was slower than I was hoping. Tracking barely updated for a couple days, which had me wondering if the box was just sitting somewhere. The packing was fine and nothing was damaged, so I can’t really complain too much. I still like OPGI and will probably order from them again, but I’d be lying if I said the slow shipping didn’t make me think about checking other places next time.

"Return was fine, just a bit slow"
I ordered a part from opgi.com and ended up having to send it back. They did accept the return, so that part was okay, but the refund took longer than I thought it would. I had to reach out once to check on it. Not the worst experience or anything, just wasn’t super smooth. I’d probably order from them again, but yeah, hopefully I don’t have to return anything next time.

"Website made a simple parts search way harder than it needed to be"
I was just trying to look up a few parts on Original Parts Group, nothing complicated, but the site made it feel like a chore. The search kept showing me odd results, and I had to keep clicking around just to find basic stuff that should’ve been easy to pull up.
On top of that, pages were loading slowly for me, and some of the filters didn’t really make sense. It technically works, but when a simple request like “show me the right part” feels ignored by the site, it gets frustrating fast. Not the smoothest shopping experience.

I ordered this because the catalog said it would fit, so I figured I was good to go. But when it showed up, nope, it didn’t fit at all. i felt kind of embarrassed because I had been so sure I picked the right one based on the listing

"I ordered a handful of restoration..."
I ordered a handful of restoration parts from opgi.com, and I was excited when the box showed up. I’ve been slowly working through my project car, so getting new parts in the mail usually feels like a small win.
Once I opened everything up, though, that excitement faded fast. The fit seemed a little off, the finish had a cheaper look than I expected, and a few of the details didn’t really line up with the original parts I was replacing.
Maybe I just had bad luck with my order, but for the price, I expected something that felt a lot closer to true restoration quality. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless I could check the part out in person first.

"Yikes, the packaging was rough"
My first reaction when I saw the box was like, “Oh no, what happened here?” It was crushed up and barely taped shut. Thankfully the parts inside were okay, but for what I paid, I really expected much better packing

"Didn’t end up fitting my car"
I was hoping these would work, but they didn’t fit my car correctly, so I had to send everything back. They might be fine if you have the exact model they’re meant for, but in my case the fitment was off.

I’ve been waiting way longer than expected, and I’m kind of rushed and just need to know what’s going on. The order is still on backorder, but I haven’t gotten a clear update or any real timeline. Frustrating.

"Customer service took way too long"
I reached out to opgi with a question about my order, it felt like I was just waiting around forever for a real answer. Emails didn’t seem to get me anywhere, and calling wasn’t much better, which was disappointing.
As someone who actually enjoys working on my car and wants to support companies that cater to people like me, good communication matters. I understand places get busy, but after spending money, I at least expect basic help without having to chase it down. The slow support made the whole experience frustrating, and I’d be hesitant to order again unless that improves.

"Kept running into out-of-stock parts"
I was frustrated... almost every part I clicked on was either out of stock or on backorder. The site kind of gets your hopes up, then you realize you can’t actually buy the thing. I checked back a few times thinking maybe it would update, but nope! Nothing changed. Ended up ordering from somewhere else.

"Fair prices overall"
I’ve bought from OPGI a few times and the prices have been reasonable. Not always the cheapest, but nothing felt overpriced.
Shipping can bump it up a little, so I still check around first. I’d order from them again.

"Tech support really didn’t help much..."
I tried reaching out to Original Parts Group tech support with a fitment question, it was frustrating. The replies I got were super short and didn’t really clear anything up. I called once too, but it felt like they were just trying to get me off the phone?? In the end, I had to figure it out on my own. After spending money there, I definitely expected better.
